Alt-sports' Mirra gets a Challenge by Derek D.

This article was very interesting, it spoke of how a new guy in town from down under, Australia, Ryan Guettler is up and coming in action sports realm. Ryan has been amazingly fesh and unique in the bike field and is the new star so to speak overshadowing legendary Dave Mirra.

Mirra now 31 is geting older and is the classic name in the bike industry in recent years. Mirra has been collecting heaps in endorsement deals over the years and is surpassed only by skating's only Tony Hawk. Ryan is only 21 years of age and has the potential to surpass Mirra in the coming years in all aspects. Mirra says he has 5 or 6 years left in him and that he feels better than he ever has. He has to prove this to the world so youngin' Ryan Guettler doesn't overcome Dave.

I feel that Ryan will do very well in the coming years with society. Americans have always had a place in their heart for Australians, and if Ryan continues to ride like he has been, it'll be inevitable for America to have a new favorite in the freestyle bike world. Along with medals will come endorsements, and heaps and heaps of money to follow. Good luck mate. Mirra was the man.
