And now, back to the game Vol. 8 Iss. 22 by Steve Jackson

For the past year there has been no major hockey league such as the NHL. Paul Swangard was a fan before business personal of the game and he talks about the past and the present of the game. He states that in the new begging of the league there must be a restructuring of its economics knowing that a forged partnership with the players and owners link to it current revenue and revenue growth to enable sustainable health of the sport and its fan base. To do this there was a “action plan” made up, 1 Apologize to the consumers experiencing the service failure, 2 Making it personal, 3 Offer a value added solution to the problem, 4 Atone for the incontinence by offering risk reducing incentives and/or rewards for repurchase, and 5 Follow up.
This article is based on ones bringing up on NHL, its players and its historical value to ones personal feelings. I believe that there is a lot more people feeling the way that Paul Swangard feels and that this rebuilding stage is going to be a success for years to come. The largest part of this article I think is defiantly there action plan, because it seems that in the business world you always need a plan for success and they defiantly have done there homework on this situation.
